“Shattered Dreams”
My dreams were once like shards of glass,
Reflecting the beauty of life’s vast past,
But now they’re broken, scattered on the ground,
A reminder of the struggles I’ve found.
I once had plans to soar so high,
To chase the sun and touch the sky,
But life had other plans, it seemed,
And my dreams were shattered, like a broken theme.
I’m left to pick up the pieces of my heart,
To try to mend the tears that never depart,
To find a new way, a new path to take,
And hope that someday, my dreams won’t break.
“The Weight of the World”
The world is heavy, and it’s hard to bear,
The weight of responsibilities, and the weight of care,
I’m just a small person, trying to make a stand,
But it feels like the world is crushing my hand.
I try to be strong, to be brave and true,
But it’s hard to keep going, when all I feel is blue,
I’m tired of being worn down, tired of being worn thin,
I just want to break free, and let my spirit spin.
“The Struggle is Real”
I know that I’m not alone in this fight,
Many others are struggling, day and night,
We’re all trying to make our way through the pain,
And find a way to heal, to find a way to gain.
But sometimes it feels like we’re all adrift,
Like we’re just floating on a sea of grief,
And it’s hard to find our footing, hard to find our way,
And make sense of the chaos that’s here today.
“The Power of Resilience”
I used to think that I was broken and worn,
That I was too fragile, too weak to be reborn,
But then I discovered that I was wrong,
That I was stronger than I thought, that I was resilient and strong.
I learned that life is full of ups and downs,
And that we have to learn to bend and flex without frowning,
To find our strength in the midst of pain,
And rise up again, like the morning sun in vain.
“The Darkness and the Light”
I’ve walked through darkness, feeling lost and alone,
Wondering if there was any hope or home,
But then I saw a glimmer of light ahead,
A beacon calling me back from my dead.
I knew that I had to keep going on,
To find my way out of the dark and onto the sun,
And so I took one step forward, then another and another still,
Until I reached the light, and felt my spirit fill.
“The Beauty of Imperfection”
We’re all imperfect, and we’re all flawed,
We’re all works in progress, with scars that are awfully raw,
But it’s our imperfections that make us unique and special too,
It’s our imperfections that make us who we are, through and through.
So let’s embrace our imperfections, let’s love them for what they are,
Let’s see the beauty in our flaws, and let them shine like stars.
For in our imperfections, we find our strength and our power,
And learn to love ourselves, just as we are each hour.
“The Struggle is Worth It”
It’s hard to keep going when things get tough,
When it feels like giving up is enough,
But then I remember why I started in the first place,
Why I’m fighting for what I want, why I’m fighting for my space.
I think about all the struggles that have brought me here today,
All the tears and sweat and blood that have been shed along the way,
And I realize that it’s all been worth it, every step of the way,
For every struggle has led me closer to where I want to stay.
“The Gift of Hope”
Hope is a gift that we all possess inside,
A spark that guides us through life’s darkest tide,
A flame that flickers bright when all seems lost and blue,
A beacon calling us forward, shining through.
Hope is what helps us rise above our fears and doubts,
What gives us strength when we’re feeling weak and routs,
It’s what keeps us moving forward when things seem bleak and gray,
And helps us find our way back home each day.
“The Power of Forgiveness”
Forgiveness is a choice that we can make each day,
To let go of our anger and resentment’s heavy sway,
To choose instead to release our pain and sorrow too,
And find peace in forgiveness, pure and true.
Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting or condoning what’s been done wrong,
It means letting go of our bitterness and moving on strong.
It means finding healing in our wounds, finding peace in our heartache too,
And rising above our pain with forgiveness shining through.

“The Light at the End of the Tunnel”
Sometimes it feels like there’s no end in sight ahead,
Like we’re stuck in darkness with no light shed at all instead,
But then I look back on how far I’ve come today,
And see that even in despair, there’s always a glimmer of ray.
For even when things seem darkest, there’s always a chance for change,
Always a way forward, always a light at the end of the range.
So keep going forward, don’t give up or lose your way,
For even in darkness there’s always a light shining bright today.
